Hello to all our loyal customers and new ones too .
We are happy to let you all know that we will be reopening The Nags from Saturday 4th July .
Just to let you all know that we must adhere to all the government guidelines. I’m sure you are all aware of what’s been expected for us to do to enable us to reopen .
Please be patient with us as our team are all new to this as well . Our staff have all had training in the “ new way of how we all have to work and how and what is expected from the customers too “
Just a few main points to make you aware of :
We will advise you all to make bookings weather it’s for food or drinks .
We will meet you at the front entrance door and take you to your table and explain the new routine .
Your table will be very scarce as we not be laying them until you order.
We will be doing table service as no one is allowed at the bar you will see our new guidance around the pub clearly marked out for your assistance.
Payment must be made as soon as ordering as this will assist us all greatly .
We are unable to allow Dogs inside the Pub at this current time due to high sanitation which has to take place . We welcome dogs outside but please keep your dog on a lead and make sure they aren’t loose and any accidents are sorted by yourself .
As always children are welcome but please take note that they must be your responsibility and sit at the table with you at all times.
Track and Trace
You will be asked for your details upon arrival to the pub so that we have them should they be needed for Track and Trace.
Staff Health Checks
Staff will undertake temperature and health checks upon arrival for their shift to ensure they are fit to work.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and look forward to seeing you all soon.
Remember these are the governments guidelines along with ways we need to operate so both customers and staff feel safe .
